Announcing tonight's speaker, Sue Fishkoff who writes extensively for a variety of Jewish publications and is responsible for coordinating the Jewish Telegraphic Agency's coverage of the former Soviet Union. Ms. Fishkoff will discuss the American Jewish community, which, she believes, is experiencing one of its most vibrant, creative periods of growth - from the out posts of Alaska to the heartland of Nebraska. Publisher’s Weekly named her first book, The Rebbe's Army: Inside the World of Chabad-Lubavitch, one of the best books on religion in 2003.
